Galleries are designed for flat lists, and nesting them creates maintenance challenges, performance issues, and doesn’t provide the intuitive expand/collapse functionality users expect from hierarchical displays.

C) Data table controls are designed for displaying tabular data in rows and columns, similar to a spreadsheet. They don’t provide any built-in support for visualizing or navigating hierarchical relationships. While you could display the data in a flat table format, this doesn’t give users the visual understanding of the organizational structure.

D) Dropdown controls are for selecting a single value from a list of options. They are completely inappropriate for displaying complex hierarchical organizational structures where users need to see multiple levels and relationships simultaneously. Dropdowns don’t provide any visualization of hierarchy or relationships.
